I had a Retina 2012 that served me well until a week ago when the trackpad stoped working. Since I intend in keeping the machine for a long time I figured I might as well pay for new. Bought new to avoid the unknowns of having a used and returned product. Even M1 MacBook Air configurations are on sale from 899.99, and select 5th Generation 12.9-inch iPad Pros are 100 off as well during Best Buys latest Apple sale, which runs for a limited time. Amazon has the same deals on the base and the 10/16/16/1T. The Costco & BB prices are by far the best at $400 off. Adorama’s deal is available with the appleinsider coupon at $310 discount. And, would you get a bestbuy open box for $500 off when it’s already $400 off new?ĮDIT: Should’ve been clear about the other retailer deals. Would someone explain? Is it just supply? That does not seem to be the case for other configs. ![]() Why is this on for this good of a deal? I checked appinsider and it’s not only bestbuy that has them on offer for this discount but Amazon, Adorama, B&H has them for about this much in price. My local store even has the certified open box of these for another $100 off. I’m thinking of getting the 10/16/16/1T variant that’s also at $400 off at $2,099.00. ![]()
